“Hi Liisa,
Really good news! I just got offered the job… I’ve reached my goal…
I’m over the moon!
I’ve been thinking about how I was when I met you for the first time .. in just floods of tears at our first meeting because I felt so lost and nowhere to go.
And now here I am, I’ve just signed my contract for my dream job.
I just keep pinching myself. I can’t believe that it happened, ..and it’s all coming together now so, so well,
I just feel like my career is kicking off once again.
I can’t thank you enough for your help. It’s just been incredible.”

in your career again.
How I came to coaching
I came to coaching after finding myself in a secure job, well paid, and miserable.
I had worked so hard to get where I was, but my job just wasn’t doing it for me anymore. Sunday evenings were full of anxiety as “work tomorrow” loomed.
Too scared to move, I knew I needed change, but I couldn’t see a clear way forward. I had lost trust in my inner voice and my belief in myself.
I contacted a career coach recommended by a friend.
Then everything transformed.
Through the coaching I found space to explore. I learned about myself and reconnected with who I wanted to be.
I found my direction and the confidence to follow my heart, to make a change, and ultimately, to start my own business.
Because of coaching I am much happier, fulfilled, confident, free. I’ve never looked back and I want the same for you.
Come, find your North Star and see yourself beaming as you make your way boldly towards it. Feel the excitement of you saying “Yes! This is it! I know what I’m doing!”
Experience this wonderful world of possibility and see the limitless potential you have inside. I found it through coaching, and so can you.
My Approach to Coaching
Step 1.
We connect briefly via Zoom to understand what you want, learn about each other, and the process.
After that I offer either a two hour, one-to-one, big picture session, or a programme of sessions tailored specifically to your needs.
The choice is entirely yours.
Step 2.
Regardless of what you pick, we start with you.
We tease out where you are now. We discuss where you want to be, and get really clear on what needs to happen for you to get there.
Then we move on to the deep work: exploring, removing obstacles, and finding easeful ways for you to get to where you want to.
Step 3.
As we come to the end, we discuss your learnings and create a roadmap for your onward journey. We clarify potential pitfalls, and highlight supports available to you. We also ensure you have measures in place to keep you accountable and successful going forward.
Finally, we celebrate! All that growth and progress should be acknowledged - don’t you agree?!
